       If you are interested in ordering a particular animal, please send an email to Wendy@CornSnakesOnline.com or leave a voicemail at 541-771-2912 to check availability. Please tell us the description and identification number of the snake you are interested in. Once you have indicated that you would like to purchase one, we can put it on hold for you for up to seven days. If the payment is not received in that time, we will presume you are no longer interested and that we can sell the snake to the next person who is. We will let you know what your total will be. Our flat rate price for shipping snakes overnight via FedEx is $45. If you live in Oregon, you may qualify for a shipping discount, since it is cheaper for us to ship within our own state. Unfortunately we have not found there to be a significant difference in cost when shipping to neighboring states as opposed to those further away. There is no extra shipping cost per additional snake, unless there is a significant increase in weight or size of box needed. If you live near a staffed FedEx shipping center and are willing to pick your snake(s) up there in person, we may be able to shave ten dollars off your shipping cost by shipping it there to be held for you to pick up. If you are considering this option, please provide us with the address of the FedEx shipping center, so we can verify that it will work. We ship within the continental USA only.
       Our preferred method of payment is PayPal. At this time we do not accept credit cards (except through Paypal), nor do we have a shopping cart function. Let us know if you choose to pay with PayPal, and we can send you a PayPal invoice. Or you can just go directly to www.paypal.com on the internet and follow these steps: 1. Click on the "send money" tab. 2. For the recipient, type in "Wendy@CornSnakesOnline.com." 3. Type in the total you were quoted in the "amount" box and click on the "goods" bubble. 4. Hit "continue" and finally "send money." PayPal will then generate a receipt for both of us. We also accept money orders, cashier's checks and personal checks. Please note that reptiles will not normally be shipped until funds have been verified. Local customers who are picking up their reptiles in person or those that find us at a reptile expo may pay in cash if desired. We are located in Central Oregon, and visits to our snakery are by appointment only.
       We guarantee live delivery and that you snake(s) will be outwardly healthy and feeding voluntarily frozen / thawed mice. If you feel there is a problem with the snake you have purchased, we need to hear from you by phone or email within two hours of receiving the animal. Otherwise we cannot guarantee replacement or refund. We only sell snakes that have been feeding well, but stress from the change in environment or different feeding technique may occasionally cause a snake to temporarily stop feeding. If your new snake does not eat for you right away, please let us know, and we can give you some tips and tricks to get it feeding again. We do suggest letting your snake settle into its new environment for a few days before attempting to feed it.
       Once your payment is received, the snake(s) will be shipped via FedEx Priority Overnight on a day that we have agreed upon. We ship Monday though Thurday for next day delivery, usually by noon in most locations. We can not ship on weekends nor holidsay. We ship within the Continental USA only. Once we have shipped your retile(s), we will email you with your FedEx tracking number and estimated time of delivery. We do ask that someone be home to receive the package. Otherwise the guarantee of live delivery does not apply, as leaving a boxed live animal sitting on a porch for any length of time may be risky to its health. In hot or cold weather, we wil include cold or hot packs as appropriate inside the box in order to help maintain a safe environment for the reptile(s) being shipped. If temperatures are below freezing or over 95 degrees in either location, it is probably be best to hold off on shipping until temperatures are more favorable. Shipping can be stressful for the animal, so it is very important that someone be there to get the pet snake right into its cage, so it can get some fresh water and start to acclimate to its new environment.
